Finding Inspiration in Every Turn
Tracy Weightman

Founder, Executive Director and Director of Programming
Tracy Weightman was born and raised in Warman, Saskatchewan. My fondest memories growing up are weekends at the lake, the animals on the family acreage, and participating in various groups and teams.
In 2007, I completed my Bachelor of Education at the University of Saskatchewan and have been teaching ever since. I currently work for Prairie Spirit School Division; teaching in Osler where my family and I reside.
When I have spare time, I like to spend it with my two beautiful boys, canoeing, skiing, hiking, gardening, or camping. I am an outdoor enthusiast and advocate for children.
I am so excited to work with this team to develop fun and engaging activities that evolve mental health and empower young. I continuously look for new ways to connect our children with nature and bring forward the importance of learning more about who we are as people, and our responsibilities in life.
Jenn Beaumont-Becker

Program Coordinator
Hello my name is Jenn Beaumont-Becker and I am excited to be running the Club GRIT program out of Warman and Dalmeny. I am a grade 3 teacher in Warman and I enjoy working with kids on all areas. My family and I reside in Dalmeny.
I enjoy nature and being outdoors. I love hiking, exploring and being with friends and family. I want to empower children to become their best selves. This program will give the girls opportunities to make new connections and learn more about each other and themselves.
I am excited to be a part of this team and look forward to the sessions ahead.
Angie Thiessen

Program Cordinator
My name is Angie Thiessen As many of you may already know, Tracy and I are sisters! I'm the "older" one haha! We share many of the same interests such as camping, hiking, biking, and cross country skiing. Therefore, she's also a best friend.
My family is my #1! This month, my husband and I will be celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary. Seems so unreal that we've spent half our lives together! (there you go, you know how old I am lol). We have 2 daughters, ages 17 and 15 years. Raising girls is the "BEST" (I may be a bit biased).
My career has consisted of many opportunities and experiences. Starting as an EA, with Prairie Spirit School Division, Special Care Aid at Warman Mennonite care home, business owner of Northway Surplus in Osler and my most favorite, homemaker!
I feel honored to be a part of Club Grit and hope I can inspire your daughters with self confidence and encouragement.
